Designed and manufactured in-house by AVT-Astro, this custom adapter solves common limitation of using filters with the Explore Scientific 30mm 100° Series eyepiece! Allows visual astronomers to quickly attach and swap out nebula, OIII, H-beta, or light pollution filters.
Each filter holder is precision-printed on high-end additive manufacturing equipment using premium PETG plastic. PETG offers exceptional structural integrity, UV stability, and thermal resistance, ensuring your adapter won’t warp, crack, or degrade during cold, damp nights in the field or hot daytime storage.

Tailored for ES 30mm 100° Eyepieces: Custom-molded top interface built specifically to fit seamlessly over the top eye guard housing of the Explore Scientific 30mm 100° Series eyepiece using the glass out of a standard 2″ Filter(was tested with Baader filters, but any 2″ filter glass should work!). Filter is held with a friction fit.
